I'm usually asked how many sessions it will require and how often they should be scheduled. The number of sessions, their length, and frequency vary depending on the person, the nature of their challenges, and what they are wishing to accomplish. Generally, for the first 6 sessions I recommend the length of 1 hour and the frequency of a session every week. This is because in the beginning there is more work to do and sometimes uncovering the deeply held limiting beliefs and other causes for not being able to achieve desired outcomes can require a more lengthy process. Later, shorter and/or less frequent sessions can be sufficient for staying on course and successfully accomplishing the goals.

For the packages of sessions - when booking, you will be selecting a time of the first session. Afterwards, at any time you can request the following sessions scheduled at your desired frequency based on availability.
All services are performed remotely over Zoom, Skype, or phone. The default option is Zoom; if you prefer another option, please include it in the message when booking.
