Meditation for Health & Resilience - Every Monday at 10 am

   In this new class you will be guided to use the power of your subconscious mind to heal yourself and continue to create a strong, healthy, resilient body even when you don't think about it.
   Our subconscious mind is constantly sending messages to our body and orchestrates billions of processes every second based on what we deeply believe about ourselves and our health.
   We can change these beliefs.
   When we remember and fully embody the truth of who we are as powerful creative spiritual beings and that our body is an expression of the infinitely intelligent Divine Spirit, which is the source of All That Is, we know that all the knowledge, all the wisdom and all the resources we need to heal ourselves are right here within us.
