Each live custom guided meditation is designed for each client and the unique issue they want to resolve or the goal they want to achieve. If you purchase an option with the recording, the audio file will be sent to you by email within 2-5 days after the live session. Brain entrainment soundtracks by iAwake Technologies can be added for an additional charge to maximize the effectiveness of the guided meditation.
