WHAT IS UNIFIED MINDFULNESS?
Unified Mindfulness is a modern, evidence-based system of mindfulness developed by Shinzen Young over the past 50 years. The benefits of this approach are its conceptual clarity and comprehensiveness. Although it is a little more complex than some other systems, the flexibility and the universality of its applications are well worth the time and the initial effort it takes to develop these skills.
