THE FOUNDATIONS OF MINDFULNESS - MEDITATION CLASS - Every Monday morning and Tuesday evening
How many of us are really aware of the thoughts, emotions, and actions that create our lives? When we understand and harness the incredible power of Mindful Awareness we can transform our every experience in the most extraordinary way.
In this class, Dr. Diana Vehuni will be teaching the foundations of Mindfulness and how to cultivate the three essential skills of concentration power, sensory clarity, and equanimity through simple and powerful techniques.
The students will be exploring several approaches to Mindfulness as well as a variety of meditation techniques, including HeartMath Lock-in technique (creating heart-brain coherence), Unified Mindfulness (turning any destruction into an object of meditation), Meditation for cultivating a Positive Transcendent Attitude for Self Mastery and Manifestation, etc.
