Frequently Asked Questions

What is wholistic coaching, and how is it different from traditional coaching?
Wholistic Coaching, spelled with a “W” to emphasize that wholeness is the foundation of my approach. Unlike traditional coaching, that often focuses solely on setting and achieving external goals, my work is rooted in helping clients reconnect with their true selves by integrating all aspects of their being: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I see each person not as a problem to fix, but as a whole, wise, and worthy being who may have simply disconnected from their inner truth due to past trauma or limiting beliefs. While we may focus on specific challenges—like confidence, relationships, or purpose—our work always honors the full human experience. My approach supports healing as much as it supports growth, guiding clients to transform from the inside out and create a life that is not only successful, but deeply authentic and fulfilling.
What can I expect from a transformational coaching session with you?
In a transformational coaching session with me, you can expect a safe, compassionate space where every part of you is welcome, especially the parts you may have judged, hidden, or struggled to accept. I combine grounded, practical tools with deep inner work, helping you identify and shift the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that keep you stuck or disconnected from your real self. Whether you're navigating anxiety, feeling lost or unfulfilled, or desiring a different quality life, our sessions are designed to guide you back to your own wisdom, wholeness, and inner power to make that change. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions; it’s about true, lasting transformation that begins from within and unfolds into every area of your life.
How do I know if wholistic coaching is right for me?
Wholistic coaching is right for you if you're ready to go deeper than surface-level change and truly transform from the inside out. If you’ve tried other approaches but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unfulfilled—whether emotionally, spiritually, or in how you show up in your life, this work meets you at that deeper level. It’s for those who sense that real healing and empowerment come from integrating all parts of themselves, not just fixing what feels broken. If you're longing for authentic growth, inner peace, and a life that reflects your true self, this journey is for you.
What kinds of issues or goals can wholistic coaching help with?
Wholistic coaching can support you with a wide range of challenges and intentions because it addresses the whole of who you are. Whether you're struggling with self-criticism, anxiety, burnout, past emotional wounds, or a deep sense of unworthiness, this work helps you heal it. At the same time, it’s equally powerful if you're seeking clarity, purpose, confidence, or the courage to create meaningful change in your relationships, career, or creative life. Because we work at the root—not just the symptoms—you’re able to experience transformation that is not only lasting but aligned with your most authentic self.
How long does it typically take to see results from coaching?
Many clients begin to feel a shift after the very first session just by being held in a safe, compassionate space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. This alone can bring immediate clarity and relief. However, deep and lasting transformation takes time. I recommend committing to at least six sessions to build the momentum needed for real change that happens not just mentally, but emotionally, physiologically, and energetically. This gives your nervous system and inner patterns time to adapt, so the new way of thinking, feeling, and being become more familiar, natural, and sustainable, allowing you to truly embody the self and life you’re ready to create.
How do you combine science and spirituality in your coaching?
My approach honors both the understanding of science and the wisdom of spirituality, recognizing that true transformation happens when we address the whole person—mind, body, and soul. I draw from neuroscience, psychology, and trauma-informed practices to support lasting change in the brain and nervous system, while also incorporating spiritual principles like presence, intuition, compassion, and alignment with your higher self. This blend allows for grounded, practical growth while also inviting a deeper connection to your inner truth and purpose. It’s not about choosing one or the other, it’s about integrating both to create real, embodied healing and authentic empowerment.
Can you share any success stories or testimonials from past clients?
Yes, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many incredible people like you through deeply transformational journeys. One client shared, “No other form of counseling has helped me as much as our sessions together have,” reflecting the depth of healing and clarity they experienced. Another said, “I felt instant calmness when I talked to her… we’re a few sessions in and I already feel better and see life differently,” showing how quickly this work can create real shifts. A different client described me as “an integral part of my healing process,” and emphasized how powerful and supportive the resources were throughout their journey. While every path is unique, what clients often express is a renewed sense of inner peace, self-love, and empowerment that carries into every area of their lives. You can read clients’ testimonials here.
What does a typical coaching package look like, and what are the costs?
I offer several individual and group coaching packages. All of my signature programs can be adapted to fit your unique journey. Pricing varies depending on the length and depth of the work, and I offer different payment options to make this work more accessible to those who truly need it. If you feel called to this work, you’re welcome to schedule a free discovery call, and together we’ll explore which option is the best fit for you.
Do you offer any payment plans or sliding scale options?
Yes, I do. I understand that this kind of deep, transformational work is a meaningful investment—emotionally, energetically, and financially. That’s why I offer flexible payment plans for most coaching packages, as well as a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who are truly committed but need some financial support. If you feel called to work with me, don’t let money be the reason you hold back—reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
What makes your coaching style unique compared to other transformational coaches?
What makes my coaching unique is the way I blend deep inner healing with grounded, real-life transformation through the lens of wholeness. I don’t focus on fixing you because I don’t believe you’re broken. Instead, I help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been rejected, silenced, or wounded, so you can return to your natural state of wholeness, clarity, and power. I bring together science and spirituality, intuition and practical tools, emotional depth and energetic alignment. And I meet you exactly where you are with compassion, honesty, and a deep respect for your journey. This isn’t just about achieving goals but about becoming who you are meant to be and living the life you are meant to live.
How do I get started with you, and what’s the first step?
The best and easiest way to start is to schedule a free discovery call. This call is a relaxed, no-pressure space where we can get to know each other, talk about what you're struggling with or longing for, and see if this work feels like the right fit for you. Whether you're feeling unsure or already know exactly what you want, this is a chance to feel into the energy of the work and take that first aligned step toward your healing and transformation.
Why is self-love important to this work?
Because self-love is the foundation of true healing and transformation. In my work, we don’t chase perfection or try to become someone else, we return to who you truly are beneath the masks, adaptive behaviors, and conditioning. So many of the struggles people face—like self-doubt, anxiety, or feeling stuck—are coming from the lack of connection to their own worth. When you begin to meet yourself with compassion instead of criticism, everything changes. You stop running from your truth and start embracing it. Self-love isn’t just a concept here, it’s a powerful force that allows you to feel safe, whole, and free enough to create the life that’s truly aligned with your Real Self.
Can I do a trial session before committing to a full coaching package?
Yes. It’s important to me that this work feels like the right fit for both of us. That’s why I take the time to answer all your questions and make sure the program truly aligns with where you are and what you need. If you’d like to experience the work before committing, you’re welcome to book a single session. And if you decide to continue with a full package afterward, that session fee will be applied toward the total cost. This way, you can move forward with clarity and confidence, knowing you're making the right choice for your journey.
What kind of support is available between coaching sessions?
Between sessions, I offer optional support (depending on the coaching program you choose) to help you stay connected to the work and keep the momentum going. This might include personalized practices, journaling prompts, meditations, or reflections based on what came up in your session. For those who need more consistent guidance or accountability, I also offer limited email or text message check-ins, so you never feel like you're doing this alone. The space between sessions can be just as important as the sessions themselves, and I’m here to support your integration in a way that feels empowering, not overwhelming.
How do you handle confidentiality and privacy in your coaching practice?
Confidentiality is a core part of the safety and trust I create in my coaching space. Everything you share with me is held with deep respect and complete privacy. I do not share your information, your story, or any part of your journey with anyone. This is your sacred space to be fully yourself without fear of judgment or exposure. I take that responsibility seriously because true healing can only happen when you feel completely safe to be real, honest, and open. This will be covered in the coaching agreement as well.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Sessions are typically held over Zoom, which allows us to connect no matter where you are in the world. If you prefer a phone call instead, that can be arranged upon request. For clients who are local to the Los Angeles area, in-person sessions may also be available. I’m happy to accommodate whatever format supports you best.
What kind of homework or exercises might I be expected to do between sessions?
Between sessions, I may offer you personalized practices to help you integrate what we explore together. These might include guided journaling, self-reflection questions, mindfulness or somatic exercises, guided meditation, or simply paying attention to certain patterns or emotional responses in your daily life. Nothing is ever assigned just to check a box, everything is meant to support your process in a meaningful, gentle, and empowering way. You're always encouraged to move at your own pace and honor what feels right for you.
How do you measure progress and success throughout the coaching journey?
Progress in this work is measured not just by external achievements, but by how you begin to feel and show up in your life. We look at things like greater self-awareness, more emotional resilience, deeper self-compassion, and a growing sense of alignment with your true self. Success might look like setting healthy boundaries, feeling more grounded and present, or no longer believing the old stories that used to hold you back. Throughout our work, we check in together to reflect on what’s shifting, what feels different, and what’s becoming possible that wasn’t before. It’s not about perfection, it’s about real, lasting change from the inside out.
What happens if I feel stuck or don’t see progress during the coaching process?
Feeling stuck may seem like a setback, but it's actually a valuable sign. It often means something important needs attention—there may be resistance to change, or something might not be fully aligned. In this work, we treat all negative emotions and experiences as feedback, helping us stay attuned to what’s really needed. I also send out regular short feedback forms to encourage honest, open communication about how the process works for you. This work is rooted in authenticity and transparency, and that’s what allows it to be truly impactful.
Do I need to be spiritual or believe in any specific philosophy to benefit from this work?
Not at all. This work is not religious, and you don’t need to follow any specific spiritual path to benefit from it. However, you’ll likely feel more aligned with this approach if you hold a fundamental belief that there is more to life than just the physical world—that there is a greater power behind all life. Whether you call it God, the Universe, Spirit, Creator, or simply life itself, my role is to help you deepen your connection with that source in a way that feels true to you. I believe that each person’s relationship with the divine is personal. I also believe that science and spirituality are not separate—they are two ways of understanding the same reality. I integrate both to support your healing and growth in a truly wholistic way.
What makes this different from therapy or counseling?
While there are some similarities, coaching and therapy serve different purposes. My coaching approach is transformational and deeply therapeutic, but it’s not therapy. I support emotional healing, self-awareness, and inner growth through a trauma-informed lens, but I am not a licensed therapist. That means there are certain limitations to the kind of psychological or clinical support I can offer. Coaching is focused more on helping you reconnect with your Real Self, shift patterns, and create aligned changes in your life, not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
That said, the work we do can be deeply healing and life changing. If you're unsure whether coaching or therapy is the better fit for you, we can talk about that in a free consultation call. I’ll also have a section clearly outlining who this work is not for, so you can make an informed decision about what kind of support is right for you.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with men and women 20s-50s who are ready for real, meaningful transformation, often empaths, sensitive souls, creatives, healers, those who want to make a greater impact, and those going through a spiritual awakening. Many of my clients have already done some personal or spiritual growth work but still feel stuck, disconnected, or held back by old patterns and emotional wounds. They’re not looking for quick fixes, they want to heal, grow, and live as their true selves. If you’re someone who feels deeply, longs for authenticity, and is ready to stop living from survival mode and start creating from a place of truth, wholeness, and inner power, this work is for you.
What if I’m not sure what I want or what I need help with?
That’s completely okay and actually very common. You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting. Part of this work is helping you uncover the clarity you’re looking for. If you feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or like something needs to change but you don’t know what or how, that’s enough. In our sessions, we gently explore what’s beneath the confusion, reconnect you with your intuition and inner guidance, and help you get clear on what truly matters to you. You don’t need to have the answers before you begin. All you need is the knowing in your heart that you are ready for change.
What is your background or training?
I’ve received multiple degrees and certifications across various disciplines, and you can find a full list of my qualifications here. But what I consider my most valuable training is my personal journey of deep healing and transformation over the past two decades, along with the privilege of working with hundreds of clients through their own unique paths. This lived experience has taught me not only which tools and approaches are most effective, but how to apply them with precision, compassion, and impact so that true transformation can take place, often in ways clients didn’t believe was possible when they first started.
Who is this work not for?
This work is not for everyone, and that’s okay. It’s important to be honest about who this process best serves and who it may not be aligned with. My coaching is not a substitute for therapy or substance abuse treatment. If you’re currently in crisis, dealing with severe mental health challenges, or require clinical or psychiatric support, it’s essential to seek help from a licensed mental health professional.
This work is also not for those looking for quick fixes, surface-level solutions, or someone to simply tell them what to do. The process requires a willingness to look within, take responsibility for your growth, and engage with honesty, vulnerability, and self-compassion.
If you are not open to exploring your emotions, examining your patterns, or connecting with the deeper parts of yourself, including your own relationship with something greater than you—this approach may not resonate.
That said, if you’re ready for deep inner work, even if it feels uncomfortable at times, and you’re willing to be guided with compassion and truth, this work can be life changing. We’ll always begin with a conversation to make sure it feels aligned for both of us before we commit to working together.
How do I know I’m ready for this work?
You don’t need to have everything figured out to be ready, you just need to feel a quiet (or loud) inner nudge that it’s time for something to change. If you’re tired of the same patterns, if you feel disconnected from yourself, or if you know deep down that you’re meant for more than just surviving, that’s a sign you’re ready. Readiness isn’t about having the perfect mindset or being fully healed, it’s about being open, willing, and honest. If you’re ready to show up for yourself in a new way, even if you’re scared or uncertain, that’s more than enough to begin!
REFUND POLICY
I deeply value the commitment and trust involved in this transformative coaching journey, and I also recognize the importance of clear boundaries and mutual accountability. My refund policy is designed with fairness, compassion, and transparency, honoring both your dedication to your own growth and the integrity of our coaching relationship.

1. Before the Program Begins:
  • If you decide to cancel your enrollment more than 7 days before our first session, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before the start date, you will receive a refund minus a non-refundable deposit (typically around 10% of the total fee, to respect the preparation and planning already invested).
2. After the Program Begins:
  • Because this is a private, personalized coaching relationship that involves significant emotional investment and preparation, refunds are typically not provided after the coaching has begun.
  • However, if after attending your first coaching session, you genuinely feel the coaching program isn't the right fit for you, you may request a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Requests must be made within 24 hours after your first session.
3. Mid-Program Concerns:
  • If you experience significant personal hardships (serious illness, family emergency, etc.) that prevent you from continuing, we will pause the program and resume when you’re ready (up to 12 months from the pause date).
  • No refunds will be issued mid-program, but your investment will remain safe, and sessions will be honored at a later agreed-upon date.
My Commitment to You:
  • I commit to providing you with my absolute best support, care, and guidance throughout our coaching journey.
  • If you have any concerns or questions at any point, please openly discuss them with me, and we'll find the most supportive solution for your needs.
